2-socket 2U rack. Intel Xeon Scalable 4th Gen (Sapphire Rapids); current datasheet/configurator also list 5th Gen (Emerald Rapids) SKUs. Fujitsu lists only RDIMM (x4/x8/3DS x4) for DDR5; no LRDIMM, no MRDIMM (LRDIMM only appears in the separate DDR4 M6). 32 DIMM slots (16 per CPU, 8 channels x 2), 2 sockets. Sapphire Rapids tops DDR5-4800 (1DPC, 4400 2DPC); DDR5-5600 RDIMMs require 5th Gen Emerald Rapids (down-clock to 4800 on Sapphire). Max per DIMM 256GB (8Rx4 3DS), max system 8TB (32x 256GB).
