RDIMM (8-32 GB listed) or LRDIMM (64 GB quad-rank), no mixing. Spec sheet: up to 3 TB DDR4 (8/16/32/64 GB DIMMs); Owner's Manual max-RAM column states LRDIMM up to 6144 GB with four processors. Speeds CPU-dependent; RDIMM/LRDIMM at 3 DPC drops to 1866/2133 respectively per the population table. Up to 4x Intel Xeon E5-4600 v4.
