All Dell-validated DIMMs are 3200 MT/s rated (8/16/32/64 GB); max memory speed is CPU-dependent per the technical guide: 2666 MT/s (Silver 43xx), 2933 MT/s (Gold 53xx), 3200 MT/s (Gold 63xx).
